Introduction to Electronics (2023)
(Course designed, developed and delivered for the National Institute of Dramatic Arts)
As a casual academic at the National Institute of Dramatic Arts (NIDA) I designed and delivered the course: Introduction to Electronics which covers basic electronics and microcontroller programming for 3rd year Props and Effects BFA students. This was a challenging albeit enjoyable course to structure and deliver to a non-technical cohort of students. The course culminated in a theatrical production where the students designed magic tricks based on the knowledge they gained in electronics and microcontroller programming which was a very fulfilling experience.
MXEN 2002: Mechatronics Microcontroller Project (2022)

A project-based 2nd year undergraduate course where students learn microcontroller programming and develop robot platforms to compete in a maze solving competition at the end of the semester.
CMPE 2001: Foundations of Digital Design (2022)

A foundational unit for 2nd year undergraduate students focusing on digital design and computer architecture.
MXEN 2000 Mechatronics Modelling Project (2022)

A project based 3rd year undergraduate course focusing on modeling, experimentation and simulation using problem based learning to solve problems in the context of a mechatronic system.
ETEN 2000 Signals and Systems (2022)

A fundamental theory course for 3rd year undergraduates in signal processing.
PR 513 Modeling and Control of Mechatronic Systems (2021-2022)

42043 Robotics Studio 1 (2019-2020)
(Course co-designed, developed and delivered for University of Technology Sydney)
A masters‐level course that was organised as a studio‐based subject which is not a conventional course guided by a set curriculum. Studio based courses are aimed at providing an environment in which students can gain and simultaneously translate knowledge into a practical robotics system in collaboration with other students, academic staff and industry mentors. AAs the first of its kind in the robotics major, I was provided with the opportunity to collaboratively design the course and to engage in innovative experience‐based teaching.
During COVID in 2020, this class had to be delivered online where I was instrumental in developing robotics simulation environments to further facilitate the experience based learning.

41014 Sensors and Control for Mechatronic Systems (2018-2020)

An undergraduate project‐based course focused on robotic perception and control theory. As a PhD student I primarily conduct tutorial sessions for this course delivering certain components necessary for laboratory sessions. The constraints due to COVID19
provided the impetus for innovative remote teaching techniques, including designing simulation based
robotics lab sessions.
